About
Hailing from the serene hills of Tanahun, Nepal, I developed an early connection to music and artistry, shaped by the landscapes of my hometown. My academic journey led me through Gyanodaya Boarding School and Mahendra Jyoti Higher Secondary School, culminating in a Bachelor's Degree from Rainbow International College.
My musical exploration began in 2006 when I embarked on formal training at the Sa Re Ga Ma Music Center under the mentorship of Ashok Poudel. Over the next four years, I honed my skills before continuing my journey at the Gandharva Music Center with the guidance of Chandan Shrestha from 2010 to 2015. These formative years refined my vocal and instrumental abilities, laying the foundation for a career dedicated to musical expression.
In 2012, my artistic journey took a defining leap with the release of my debut album, Ko Hola Tyo, marking my entry into Nepal's vibrant music industry. Since then, I have continued to evolve as a musician, blending traditional Nepali influences with contemporary sounds to create music that resonates with diverse audiences. My work extends beyond performance, encompassing composition, collaboration, and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.
With each song, I strive to tell stories that connect, inspire, and endure—keeping the spirit of Nepali music alive while embracing new artistic horizons.
